The faucet in my bathroom only drips when the toilet is flushed. What is causing this to happen?

A drip in the bathroom is not only annoying, but is wasting a lot of water as well. The cause could be from a loose washer on the faucet. Since the pressure holds the washer down when no other faucet is running, when the toilet is flushed the water and lower pressure allows the washer to rise up a bit when other water is used, causing a small leak.
